Shipping policy

We will despatch the goods as soon as possible, but please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. While we hold a large amount of stock, we cannot carry everything, time frames will depend on whether or not the products are in stock or require a special order from the supplier.

All orders are sent via Australia Post (Registered Post). An Australia Post employee will deliver the parcel to the “Delivery Address” you provide and obtain a signature from the person who takes delivery. If no-one is home, the parcel will be returned to the closest Australia Post outlet and a delivery card will be left in your mailbox.

Cost of delivery is a flat rate (Standard Post: $12.50 or Express Post: $16.50) for delivery anywhere in Australia.
